Processing & Shipping Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, weather, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates once an item has left our facility.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

These costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Order Issues, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Rustwerks Publishing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
If a package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking information.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products—books, collectible editions, and other printed media—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Rustwerks Publishing will not issue refunds or replacements for items purchased through IngramSpark, Amazon, or any third-party retailer. Those purchases are subject to their respective store policies.
